When Tate took his first job with Chick-fil-A in Athens, Georgia, he thought it would only be for a short time as he worked his way through college. Little did he know that part-time job washing dishes and breading chicken would lead to a career.
After seven years with Chick-fil-A, Tate made the move to Colorado to take over the reigns at Town Center at Aurora in 2016.
He’s passionate about investing in the lives of his young team members and providing them with opportunities to grow and develop.
“I think Chick-fil-A provides a place for someone to have an opportunity to learn in a way they never have before. And that it’s a place that can truly influence people to be the best they can be.”
Setting the Standard
With those 40 years comes a legacy of remarkable service that can best be found at Chick-fil-A. From a simple “my pleasure” to learning what it means to go the extra mile, we challenge our team members to live up to that legacy and to set the standard for customer service.
And even if they’re only with us for a short time, we love to invest in our team members and help them discover what they’re passionate about.
Because we believe it’s more than serving a delicious Chick-fil-A Sandwich — it’s about building the next generation of leaders.
