When you ask Vickie what she loves most about owning Chick-fil-A Brighton, she’ll be quick to tell you it’s all about the people.
“I’ve met so many wonderful people and friends over the last 10 years. We’ve just made so many friends and built our home here in this community. It’s the hardest job I’ve ever had, but it’s also the best thing I’ve ever done in my life.”
One of her favorite parts of the job is getting to talk with all the folks stopping by on their way through Denver from places like Nebraska and Iowa — especially when it’s their first time ever visiting a Chick-fil-A restaurant. And often times, it becomes an annual vacation tradition.
“That’s exciting to know that they plan to stop at Chick-fil-A Brighton just to get their meal,” says Vickie.
So next time you’re driving down I-76, be sure to stop in for a chicken sandwich and a hello from Vickie.
Right at Home
It’s easy to feel right at home when you visit Chick-fil-A Brighton. Between the team of smiling faces, tables filled with friends from around town, and of course a delicious meal, you can’t help but feel like you’re sitting down to a family meal each time you pay us a visit.
Your kiddos will love events like Pirate Nights, tea parties, Daddy-Daughter Date Nights and luaus with bounce houses and prizes. You may even see a princess or two pay a visit.
We love being a part of the small community of Brighton. That’s why you’ll probably see us and our Cows all over town throughout the year — hunting for Easter eggs in downtown Brighton, enjoying the sun at The Brighton Oasis in the summer, squeezing in a little exercise before Thanksgiving at the Turkey Trot 5K, and ringing in the holiday season at the Festival of Lights.
And to us, there’s nothing better than getting to invest in the schools in our area. Through Spirit Night fundraisers, we love getting to partner up with them in whatever their goals may be.
Love Where You Work
At Chick-fil-A Brighton, our team members are so much more than just employees. We believe they are the future leaders of our generation, so we want to be sure they have the best experience possible when they’re here.
While that means instilling the value of hard work, we also believe in loving where you work, building community with your coworkers and just feeling like you belong somewhere.
And when they get to serve the families of Brighton every day, that community just continues to grow.
So no matter how long they may be with us, we hope that each team member leaves with a little more professional experience and a lot more friends and family.
