Lauren has the privilege of being the Operator of both Chick-fil-A C470 & Kipling and Chick-fil-A Aspen Grove locations. As local homeowners, small-business owners and parents of two school-age children, Lauren and her husband, Brad, believe their Littleton restaurants give them an opportunity to influence the community they love in kind, impactful and memorable ways.
“Being a Chick-fil-A Operator is my full-time job, and my passion is to make sure our guests in the community have an incredible experience in our restaurant,” says Lauren. “I absolutely love meeting people in our community and working with our team of hospitality professionals to serve our craveable, delicious food.”
Brad and Lauren are also passionate about people development and highly motivated by relationship building, brand building and professional mentoring.
Celebrating Life’s Memories
Maybe it’s taking a break for lunch while on a shopping spree at Aspen Grove. Or stopping for breakfast with the family on the way to the Western Welcome Week parade in Historic Downtown Littleton. Whatever the occasion, there’s something special about the memories that are made during those everyday outings. And here at Chick-fil-A Aspen Grove, we love getting to play host to those memories in the making.
We may be biased, but we think Littleton is a pretty special town. It’s a place that loves to bring together friends and neighbors for celebrations throughout the year — from the Candlelight Walk at Christmastime to the annual Summer Block Party. And we’ll jump at the chance to join in on the fun and support the community we love.
And there’s nothing better than getting to give back to the community where you live. Through Spirit Night fundraisers, food donations and catering, we’re passionate about partnering with the local schools, organizations and fellow Aspen Grove businesses.
Always Room to Grow
Through both Chick-fil-A Aspen Grove and C470 & Kipling locations, we have the chance to employ and lead 150 team members from Littleton and the surrounding communities.
We believe in nurturing our team members into the leaders we believe they can be. Whether it’s a 16-year-old eager to learn in his first job, or a retiree happy to stay connected with her friends and neighbors, we believe each and every team member can find ways to build on their skills and strengths.
